List of ISSO Trainings
Pursuant to Decree 17/2025 (VII. 24.) of the Ministry of Energy (EM) on the requirements relating to degrees, professional qualifications, as well as trainings and further trainings under the Act on the Cybersecurity of Hungary, NCC-HU compiles and publishes on its website the list of acceptable professional qualifications and accredited international certifications (hereinafter: list of acceptable qualifications) for the person responsible for the security of electronic information systems (hereinafter: IBF), in accordance with Section 11(3)(b) of Act LXIX of 2024 on the Cybersecurity of Hungary.
NCC-HU reviews the list of acceptable qualifications at least annually.
When compiling and reviewing the list, NCC-HU proceeds with due regard to the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework developed by the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity and involves the national cybersecurity authority, the defence cybersecurity authority, and the National Cybersecurity Forum. The national cybersecurity authority, the defence cybersecurity authority, and the National Cybersecurity Forum may – where justified – initiate, on a quarterly basis and independently of the annual review, the inclusion or removal of a professional qualification or accredited international certification from the list of acceptable qualifications.
