Government Decree No. 474/2025 (XII. 30.) on the activities of the National Coordination Centre has been published

Government Decree No. 474/2025 (XII. 30.) has been published in the Official Journal of Hungary (Magyar Közlöny). The decree defines the tasks of the National Coordination Centre (NCC-HU) and the framework for its operation.

The decree assigns a prominent role to the establishment and operation of the cybersecurity competence community, as well as to the coordination of support that can be provided to third parties (Third Party Financial Support – FSTP). The responsibilities of NCC-HU also include facilitating the involvement of domestic stakeholders, supporting access to funding opportunities related to EU cybersecurity programmes, and establishing structured frameworks for cooperation and information sharing.

In line with the provisions of the decree, the National Coordination Centre is working to strengthen the integration of the Hungarian cybersecurity ecosystem with European initiatives.
